Meet Charles Ryan, one of our wonderful Trumpet players and new favorite people.
We nicknamed him Charlie Trumpet and have claimed him as our company mascot! Midsummer of Love is Charlie's first show with us and we are so happy to have found him. Charlie is a wellspring of positive, creative energy and a super talented musician to boot!
Midsummer of Love is completely sold out for tomorrow's performance, but you still have a chance to hear Charlie at Kennedy Grove this Sunday. Get your tickets now!

Actor Spotlight: Nick Dickson
We’d like to introduce you to our friend Nick Dickson, playing Flute/Demetrius!
Long-time We Players’ fans will remember Nick as Sebastian in our production of Twelfth Night all the way back in 2012. We’re so happy to finally be working with him again! Nick’s clown training and movement skills have been indispensable in helping to create this physically complex show. During long rehearsals Nick keeps us all laughing with a great sense of humor and we couldn’t be more grateful for his constant willingness to try something new. Don’t miss Nick’s fantastic performance in our Midsummer of Love; the specificity that he brings to both characters is really a treat!
Join us at El Sobrante’s Kennedy Grove this Saturday and Sunday and back in Golden Gate Park 7/27-30. Tickets are going fast!

Actor Spotlight: Amy Nowak
Meet Amy Nowak, who plays our Snug & Hermia.
Amy first performed with us last summer in our epic Romeo and Juliet adventure as Peter. The thoughtful insight that she brings to her characters, her impeccable timing, and her cheerful demeanor make her such a pleasure to work with! (We also aren't complaining about the delicious baked goods that she brings to rehearsal!)
Don't miss her endearing Snug and her refreshingly empowered Hermia!
Midsummer of Love will be in the East Bay at Kennedy Grove July 15, 16, 22, and 23. The show moves back to Golden Gate Park for our closing weekend 7/27-30. Tickets are going fast, so grab yours while you can!
