No refunds, no exchanges

We Players is a small nonprofit, and we do not have staff capacity to process refund requests. Please double check all dates and details prior to purchasing tickets to our events. All sales are final!

If you are a ticketholder who is unavailable for your scheduled attendance, you may:

1) forward your confirmation email to a new ticketholder, who will be granted admission if they bring the confirmation (hard or soft copy) and give the original ticket purchaser name to our registration staff; or

2) donate your ticket price back to We Players as a tax-deductible contribution.

** Note that these options are only available up until the start time of the scheduled event. **

At the event

We perform in (almost) all weather. Come prepared! It's part of the adventure.

NO late seating. Most of our outdoor performances are timed with the sun, therefore we cannot hold the performance start time for late-comers. Please allow plenty of time and arrive NO LATER than 5 minutes BEFORE curtain.

Turn your phone COMPLETELY OFF prior to entering the playing space. We want your full sensory engagement, and request that you do not experience the work through your screens. It is also extremely distracting to fellow audience members and to the performers. Phones should remain invisible, securely stowed in your pocket or backpack.

We believe in immersive theatre experiences and encourage you to look above you, behind you, and into the distance. Open your sensory pores and expand your sense of self in the scheme of things!
